JOB TITLE: Electrical Technician
Reporting to: Automation & Machine Build Manager
Working with: Automation Team

Role Contribution: The successful candidate will apply principles of electronics, electrical circuitry, testing, pneumatics, and automation across the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving project milestones within time and budget constraints.
* Providing efficient, courteous service/support to customers.
* Liaising between customers and management for smooth information flow.
* Maintaining, repairing, and servicing equipment in a tidy, safe environment.
* Working in DC Systems, in cleanroom environments, on automated assemblies.
* Building, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electrical, pneumatic, and electronic components and systems.
* Evaluating, calibrating, and testing new or modified equipment circuits.
* Assembling/modifying systems per engineering instructions and manuals.
* Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork.
* Following health and safety procedures.
* Promoting FAST Technologies Ltd.'s capabilities.
Requirements:
* Essential: HNC Electrical Engineering / City & Guilds Electrical Engineering / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Engineering; Excellent communication skills; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar.
* Desirable: Experience designing/building electrical control panels; Troubleshooting industrial control or PLC systems; Experience with Siemens TIA platform.
