About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Combi Oven Engineer to join our team at our warehouse in Canterbury. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing, repairing, and refurbishing our incoming stock of combi ovens. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, closely with our warehouse engineering team to prepare ovens for resale. Experience with Rational ovens is essential, while experience with Electrolux, Convotherm, Bonnet, or Eloma ovens will be an advantage. However, over 80% of our stock consists of Rational self-cooking centres and Rational White Efficiency combi ovens.
Key Responsibilities:

Fault-finding, repairing, and servicing combi ovens within our warehouse in Canterbury
*
Uploading and maintaining asset data via internal systems
*
Managing and maintaining warehouse parts stock levels
*
Liaising with office staff to ensure repairs are prioritised according to demand
*
Ensuring that all combi ovens are serviced and prepared to a high standard, ready for sale
Required Skills & Experience:
*
2+ years’ experience working with commercial combi ovens (preferred)
*
Experience with Rational ovens is essential
*
Experience with other brands like Electrolux, Convotherm, Bonnet, or Eloma is advantageous but not required
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
*
Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
*
Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a range of commercial kitchen equipment
*
Full UK driving licence required
