A well-established SEND setting in Exeter is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs.
About the role
* Support pupils with learning, communication and behaviour
* Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals
* Assist with personal care and sensory support where required
* Encourage confidence, independence and engagement
* Provide transport for pupils as part of the school day when needed
Essential criteria
* Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
* Compassionate, reliable and proactive attitude
* Strong communication skills
