You'll be working on… (your role and responsibilities)
* Ensuring you live the Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team to account to live by the same values.
* Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.
* Act as a key interface with our customer and other key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures including the Octavius and customers' governance process.
* Firmly adopt and embrace the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.
* Meet teams and provide guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site, ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.
* Understand the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team.

About you… (your skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Good all-round rail, CDM and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in disciplines such as Temporary works, Civils, M&E, Geotechnical.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with an ability to manage actions simultaneously without compromising standards and quality.
* Experience working with a tier one contracting group on infrastructure projects, including slab and kerb laying or general town centre and junction improvements.
* Good level of IT skills.
* Good understanding of programming and conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc).
