Egis is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to support key strategic initiatives within ongoing nuclear projects, as well as contribute to the development of innovative solutions in civil works (CW) design and upcoming tenders. This position requires a problem-solving mindset, cross-functional coordination, and a strong understanding of project delivery in a complex environment
Strategic Support to Egis Project Director for SZC Contract (25%)
Provide high-level support to the Egis Project Director for major contracts, assisting in strategic decision-making and execution
Analyse project performance, risks, and key challenges to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing delivery
Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, presentations, and strategic reviews to support senior management
Project Manager – Civil Works Design Innovation (25%)
Lead and coordinate the innovation roadmap for civil works design, ensuring integration with the French design teams
Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital innovation in civil engineering design
Support the implementation of new methodologies, tools, and best practices in the delivery of nuclear civil works
Facilitate technical exchanges between the UK and French engineering teams to drive alignment and efficiency
Support for Major Tenders (50%)
Contribute to the preparation and execution of strategic tenders for major nuclear projects (2025-2026)
Support the development of technical proposals, cost estimates, and risk assessments
Ensure lessons learned from current projects are integrated into bid strategies for future opportunities
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of resolving project challenges
Proven experience in civil engineering project management within the nuclear or large infrastructure sector
Familiarity with UK and French nuclear project frameworks, including regulatory and contractual requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Reporting to: Egis Project Director
Travel: Occasional travel to France and project sites in the UK may be required
Security: You may be required to undergo relevant security checks for the nuclear industry
