Nottinghill Genesis are looking for 2 Housing Repairs Administrators to start ASAP working out of both their Kingcross office and Hammersmith Officer. This will be on a 5 week rota - 3 at hammersmith and 2 at kings cross. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is an office based role so NO WORKING FROM HOME. The expectations that workers will action repairs request with urgency to ensure things get fixed quickly. Be meticulous when reviewing and accepting quotes. Check if the costs from contractors are reasonable. Confirm that the repair work done matches what was supposed to be done before paying for it. Be proactive doing what you can to prevent these repairs from getting stuck, ensuring each repair is finished quickly and well. Keep both internal and external customers informed about what you're doing and when it will get done. Answer questions whether online or in person ensuring that you record everything on Workwise. Ensure that our residents have a good experience with their repairs. Understand what customers and colleagues need for repairs and do your best to deliver that. Do your best to triage/diagnose all repairs to the best of your ability - this will help to prioritise repairs that need serious attention, allocating the right resources, being as cost effective as possible, enhancing customer satisfaction.
