Reporting to the Systems Team Leader and Systems Supervisor.
Responsible for the effective and timely manufacture of Fortress products.
Responsibilities
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Competent in the use of engineering tools.
* Manufacture and assemble products to agreed specification.
* Control box wiring.
* Complete machine system wiring.
* Electrical fault finding.
* Mechanical fault finding.
* Adhere to ISO processes and requirements.
* Testing and final checking of completed products.
* Ensure on‑time delivery to schedule.
* Maintain high quality standards.
* Foster internal customer satisfaction.
Production Strategy & Planning
* Work independently and logically to achieve business needs.
* Follow instructions and prioritize workflow.
* Adapt to changes in priority, products, and processes.
* Engage in ad‑hoc projects as needed.
* Deliver internal customer satisfaction.
* Provide accurate and on‑time outputs.
Legal & Compliance
* Apply Health & Safety policies and conduct safety audits.
* Document to satisfy legislative (CE) and customer specifications.
* Follow ISO processes and procedures.

* Electrically biased fitting experience and skill set.

* Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 4:45 pm.
