A leading law firm in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional looking to develop their career in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney while supporting senior fee-earners on complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progressing basic private client matters and assisting on more complex cases.
2. Ensuring the accurate and efficient turnaround of legal work.
3. Providing high-level administrative support to the team, including legal research, report writing, and drafting documentation.
4. Responding promptly and professionally to clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a busy private client team.
2. Knowledge of Probate, Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Services for the Elderly.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
