THE SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD ROLE:
You’ll sit at the heart of strategy and creativity, shaping digital and social content that delivers measurable impact. Working closely with creative, insight and production teams, you’ll lead on developing content strategies that are grounded in audience insight and optimised for performance.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on collaboration, from briefing creative teams and leading ideation sessions, through to analysing performance and refining output. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring all content is platform‑native, culturally relevant and aligned to campaign objectives.
SOCIAL MEDIA LEAD ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
* 3+ years’ experience in a digital, social or creative agency
* Strong understanding of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X
* Experience turning audience insight into actionable content strategies
* Confident briefing and collaborating with creative teams
* Knowledge of social and audience tools
* Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly
* Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders
