Your new role In this role, you will work with the Engineering Manager, Supervisors, and Team Leaders within the Bulk and Break Department to ensure on-time delivery, continuous flow, customer satisfaction, and zero defects. You will be part of a rolling shift pattern, carrying out maintenance on heavy plant and equipment.You will complete planned and reactive maintenance activities and carry out modifications to all types of heavy plant and equipment. Liaising with operations to prioritise breakdown repairs, you will use fault-finding diagnostic techniques and equipment to reduce the impact of reactive maintenance. You will assist the management team when required in a range of activities, including project work, QA systems, and Health and Safety. It's vital that all activities are documented and carried out with due care and attention in line with our Health and Safety policy and HSE regulations.
