Location: Dundee, Scotland
Contract - Temporary - 2 months, could be extended or permanent contracts available
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm - more hours potentially available

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Desk & Student Services Assistant to join a busy student accommodation team in Dundee.
The successful candidate will primarily be based at a central Dundee site, with occasional work required across two additional student accommodation locations within the city.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manning the front desk and welcoming residents and visitors
Handling parcels, post, and deliveries
Responding to emails and general enquiries
Updating the company Instagram page with appropriate and engaging content
Assisting with the setup and running of in-house events
Carrying out ad hoc housekeeping duties when required
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using email and social media platforms, particularly Instagram
A positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude
Ability to travel between sites within Dundee when required
Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
