Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
* Support emotional regulation, behaviour management strategies, and pupil wellbeing
* Work alongside class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or SEND needs
* A calm, empathetic, and resilient personality
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Confidence in de-escalating challenging situations and adapting to classroom needs
