Hours : Monday - Thursday, 9am - 17.30 (30 hours per week)
Salary : £12.21 per hour
About the Role
As the on-site point of contact, you'll be the friendly face that helps create a brilliant living experience for students. You'll be based at the property and support residents, visitors and prospective tenants with everything they need, including:
* Welcoming students, answering queries and providing day-to-day support
* Managing parcel deliveries and collections
* Handling student requests and general enquiries
* Conducting viewings for prospective students and parents
* Ensuring communal spaces stay tidy and presentable
* Liaising with the wider property team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
