Your new role


The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Business Partner. Key responsibilities will include;

1. Production of the monthly management accounts with support from a Finance Business Partner.

2. Daily, weekly & monthly management report collation – Regularly updating information for management to influence key decision making

3. Assist in leading the team in the absence of the Finance Business Partner, including liaising directly with the General Manager and other Department Managers if required

4. Collating and preparing Financial data for other departments

5. Overhead invoices Internal EDI System – Oversee internal EDI Program and maintaining accurate accounts payable records

6. Preparation of Consignment stock Declarations/Invoicing

7. Customer invoicing

8. Business Intelligence reporting system maintenance – Maintain BI reporting and interact with the management team in report building and deployment.

9. Cost of Sales Adjustments

10. Daily Stock Adjustment review

11. Internal and external Audit requests

12. Ad-hoc Payments

13. Attention to detail and a passion for accurate reporting.

14. Good Organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines

15. Takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating responsiveness and accountability.

16. The ability tomunicate effectively with both internal and external contacts

17. Values teamwork & collaboration, contributing positively to team dynamics.

18. Upholds Integrity, openness and honesty in all interactions and decisions.

19. Good understanding of Financial KPIs and ratios in particular inventory (Stock) related.

20. The ability to work independently and as part of the team.

21. Demonstrates a proactive, positive, can-do attitude towards tasks and challenges

22. Understand the need for confidentiality and discretion.

23. The ability to take initiative and the willingness to continuously improve.

24. Strong work ethic,mitted topleting tasks efficiently and effectively.

25. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

26. Part Qualified (AAT or Higher) or qualified by experience.
