Arc is hiring experienced Hospitality Staff to join our team in Southampton.
Job roles - Bar Staff, Waiting Staff, Hosts and Runners needed.
Bar, Waiting, Hosts and Runners: £12.60 base per hour + holiday pay = £14.12 per hour.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
* Confidence pouring pints, serving food and drink, greeting guests
* Friendly, reliable, and a team player
* Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
* A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or hospitality venues is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Looking after guests within a hospitality environment
* Serving food and drink to seated guests
* Working behind the bar
* Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
