Systems Training Manager (Hybrid Working) based in Epworth House, Derby
Permanent - 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday
£38,725 rising to £40,185 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

This brand-new role is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a new team of systems learning specialists and really put your stamp on systems training for both existing and new system implementations across a large multi-site charity.
Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders throughout the charity the main purpose of the role is to:
* To manage and lead the Systems Training Team to deliver high quality and engaging systems training
* To design, develop and maintain systems training materials in line with organisational and system changes
* Delivery of high quality engaging and interactive digital learning support materials for all systems
We offer the flexibility of remote working with travel to head office in Derby on an 80/20 split with most of the time being based from home. There will also be a requirement for occasional travel to our sites in England and Wales.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, delivering and leading on system training provision. They will have experience in leading and managing teams to achieve high performance.
