Compensation:
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Serving as the accounting lead for 10+ facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financials
* Performing monthly close procedures and recording journal entries
* Analyzing and validating financial statements across multiple entities
* Collaborating with other departments (Tax, Cash, CBO) to resolve discrepancies
* Reconciling balance sheet accounts and preparing partnership distributions
* Mentoring and reviewing work from junior accountants
* Contributing to integration projects and cross-functional initiatives
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* CPA, preferred
* Multi-entity accounting experience
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.)
* Background in public accounting is a plus
* Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP system
* Comfort with repetitive, research-driven tasks requiring high attention to detail
