Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
ARM is looking for a talented Civil Engineer/Technician to join an experienced team of engineers and technicians. If you’re passionate about drainage and road design and want to be part of exciting projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this position, you’ll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with colleagues from different disciplines to create detailed designs for things like highways, drainage, earthworks, and external works. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead on 3D design work, mentor junior team members, and really make a difference in the projects you’re involved in.
What You’ll Do:
* Work on a range of exciting projects, including housing, commercial, residential, and extra care developments.
* Use 3D design software to create innovative solutions and help drive the team forward.
* Design and oversee civil engineering infrastructure, including highways, drainage, and earthworks.
* Ensure designs meet UK standards and regulations.
* Support and guide junior members of the team.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* At least 2 years of experience working in an engineering consultancy.
* Solid skills in AutoCAD, Autotrack, Microdrainage, PDS, and Civil 3D.
* Knowledge of SuDS drainage systems and Flood Risk Assessments.
* Familiarity with Cut and Fill Earthworks and the commercial side of setting development levels.
* Experience working with local authority highways agencies and NWL.
* A proactive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines.
* An HNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering.
* Ideally, a CSCS card holder.
