JUNIOR HRBP | PERMANENT | ELTON | £38,000 - £40,000 As our next Junior HRBP you will be supporting the employee lifecycle to ensure organisational and HR goals are achieved through delivering on the people strategy. Working closely with the HRBP to implement the HR, employee and organisational policies through administration support and project activities. You will be working closely with the business unit to ensure optimal employee relations and engagement levels.
