Sir Robert McAlpine is preparing for a major construction programme in Port Talbot, South Wales. This will involve heavy civil engineering works across various industrial fronts over the next 3 to 4 years, starting with enabling works in Q3 2025.

Role: Works Supervisor
The Works Supervisor reports to the Works Manager and is responsible for organizing and coordinating construction operations to ensure effectiveness, safety, and quality during pre-construction and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage construction logistics, materials, subcontractors, and plant availability.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, including quality, health and safety, and environmental standards.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in the construction industry.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a live environment.
* Proven supervision experience on-site.
* Knowledge of building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
* Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
* Assist Package Engineers with procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Quality processes.
