This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to play a key role in the growth of a well-established regional firm in Mansfield.
Depending on location, this role offers the opportunity to shape a developing office from the ground up.
Who we’re looking for
* 10+ years’ Private Client experience
* Strong probate and estate administration background
* Proven billing track recordli>
* Supervisory experience (Desired)
* Experience in business development and referrer growth
* Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience (Desired)
* STEP qualified (Desired)
* Experience dealing with HNW clients (Desired)
* Commercially aware, collaborative and hands-on
What you’ll be doing
* Managing your own probate-heavy caseload (wills & LPAs included)
* Supporting and supervising junior team members
* Building internal referral relationships with property, litigation and corporate teams
* Developing relationships with IFAs, accountants and other local referrers
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the department
* Helping shape and structure a developing team
* Building capability and strength
* Creating a more structured and scalable offering
