We're recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of outsourced HR and Health & Safety services, supporting businesses across the UK. Our client is looking for a confident and consultative Business Development Manager to expand their presence across Stockport, Macclesfield, and Crewe, working with SME clients (30 employees) to deliver tailored employment law and health & safety solutions that truly make a difference. What Youll Be Doing: Representing a trusted brand in a face-to-face, consultative sales role Covering a defined territory, supported by an internal telesales team who help book qualified appointments Proactively generating leads and building strong networks in your region Engaging with business owners, directors, and HR professionals to present high-value service offerings Closing new business and hitting performance targets in a supportive, team-focused culture Requirements What Were Looking For: 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling professional or outsourced services Proven success in building relationships with senior stakeholders (business owners, boards, HR teams) Confidence in face-to-face selling and a consultative approach to solving business problems Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing your own pipeline and territory Benefits Whats In It for You: £155k realistic OTE (uncapped commission) Competitive base salary, reviewed twice a year Company car (EV) or £5,000 car allowance. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays, increasing with service Your birthday off!
