Role: Hotel Apprentice
Hours: Full time permanent
Hourly rate: £11 per hour plus extensive benefits
Our robust and well designed Hotel Apprentice Programme converts general applicants into experienced and capable hoteliers. This is a rare opportunity to understand the hotel and business industry from a managers perspective and gain qualifications that can catapult you into an exciting career in hotel the hotel. The 2025 cohort is intended to equip individuals with relevant industry accredited qualifications alongside an empowering mentor system in each of our internal departments.
You will study alongside work and gain Level 2 BIIAB Licensed Hospitality qualification.

* Some previous experience of working within the food and beverage industry would be beneficial however is not compulsory.

Due to the rural location of Carden Park and demand of business hours, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.

You will be required to be efficient, have the ability to organise and work with your team and approach issues in a proactive manner. The role requires you to be energetic and approachable, with exceptional customer service skills.
