About the Role:
Are you a training powerhouse with a love for structure, processes, and fast-paced environments? Our client—a leading name in property operations and tech—is searching for a Training Lead who isn’t just great at onboarding but lives and breathes operational excellence.
In this hands-on, high-impact role, you’ll shape the training strategy that ensures every new team member hits the ground running—whether they're remote or in-person. What You’ll Be Doing:
* 📘 Develop & Execute Training Playbooks: Use our client’s current framework and make it your own. Create training systems that are scalable, effective, and always improving.
* 🔁 Continuously Improve Onboarding: Gather regular feedback from stakeholders and employees to keep content fresh, effective, and relevant.
* 🔧 Collaborate with Product Development: Be the voice of training during product iterations. Provide insight into what works and what doesn’t to make onboarding smoother and smarter.
* 🤝 Support Talent Integration: Identify key players during acquisitions and integrations, supporting staff transitions while boosting morale and productivity.
* 📊 Be the Analytics Champion: Use data and feedback to report, recommend, and reinforce what success looks like in learning and development.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or operational onboarding
* You’re "structured as hell"—you love systems, detail, and order
* A startup-savvy doer with a “get it done” attitude
* Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
* Analytical mindset with experience managing multiple moving pieces
* Culturally aware, especially within British work environments
Nice to Have:
* Experience in client-facing or operational roles
* Familiarity with property, proptech, or scaling businesses
* Confidence working across remote and in-person teams
