This is a unique leadership-track role: work alongside our Head of Automation to help build out a high-performing contract desk and take ownership of a £1M+ book of business.

🔍 We’re Looking For:

• Proven 360 Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering or Automation market (UK/EU/USA)

• Contract recruitment experience preferred

• Strong billing track record & client development skills

• Leadership or mentoring experience (or ambition to lead!)

• CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter Pro proficiency

• Confident, commercial, and relationship-focused
