Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Fine Art or a related subject.
* Significant experience teaching Art at secondary level, including leadership experience.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* A clear vision for outstanding Art education.
