NET Recruit are partnering with a business services company to assist them on their search for a Marketing Manager, just outside of Loughborough. You Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Designing digital marketing collateral such as site posters, digital screens, and profiles partnerng sites, working with external partners to create printed and video materials Updating the website with new text, imagery, video, and price changes and assisting with SEO, PPC advertising, and technical website enhancements Driving monthly social media plans; managing META ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other paid campaigns, including budget approvals, monitoring daily spend, post-campaign analysis, and recommendations Working with external agencies on video, photography, and website projects and managing profiles on third-party sites Supporting external and internal events creating collateral and communication for these Tracking and reporting on marketing and advertising performance against benchmarks, offering actionable insights Leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver the marketing strategy, providing guidance and templates for the team to use You MUST Have: Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Relevant Marketing qualification or degree Extensive experience within a hands-on marketing role Proven experience in creating marketing material, managing marketing campaigns and utilising various digital and physical marketing tools Team management experience Knowledge of marketing strategy formation Excellent communication skills Good IT knowledge, including marketing specific packages and software Your Opportunity: This is a fast growing, highly successful business who are looking at continuing this growth over the next few years. This role will be within the marketing team, providing support to the head of the department, and will have real focus on delivering the marketing strategy in a hands-on way, managing the team of enthusiastic marketing professionals, as well as providing support on the direction of the strategy in the future.For the successful candidate within this role, a starting salary of up to £55,000 will be on offer, depending on prior experience and knowledge, which will accompany an additional benefits package include a competitive holiday and pension allowance, and a plethora of attractive benefits and rewards.
