Junior Video Editor & Content Creator.
Someone ambitious, creative, and hungry to make their mark.
The Opportunity
As our new Junior Video Editor & Content Creator, you'll cut dynamic edits across commercials, brand films, social campaigns and even wedding videos. We'd love for you to also roll up your sleeves to shoot and create content yourself. You'll work closely with our wider team to bring briefs to life, while also contributing fresh ideas, spotting opportunities, and helping Servo stand out in a crowded digital world.

What You'll Be Doing
* Edit Across Formats
– Shape stories for commercials, brand campaigns, TikToks, Reels, YouTube and beyond.
* Create Original Content
– Concept, shoot, and edit smaller pieces of social-first content yourself (behind-the-scenes, promos, fast-turnaround campaigns).
* Polish the Details
– Handle colour and sound tweaks to make every edit fantastic.
* Be Part of the Creative Process
– Join brainstorms, pitch ideas, and add your own flair to projects.
* Support Productions
– Assist on shoots with logging, media management, and general production support.
* Help Us Grow
– Spot opportunities, share Servo's work with your network, and earn commission for bringing in new projects.
What Success Looks Like
* Delivering sharp, engaging edits that excite clients and audiences alike.
* Growing your creative and technical skillset with every project.
* Taking initiative to create and push out content that adds value.
* Contributing fresh ideas that make Servo stand out.
* Building relationships and unlocking new opportunities that bring in revenue (and commission).
Who You Are
* Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (must-have).
* Comfortable shooting on mobile devices, DSLRs, or small cameras.
* A sharp storyteller with an instinct for rhythm, pace, and narrative.
* Excited by social trends and how stories shift across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
* Ambitious, hardworking, and motivated by the chance to earn more through commission.
* Organised, collaborative and proactive. Someone who makes things happen.
Bonus points if you have:
* After Effects, Photoshop or motion graphics experience.
* Experience with business development and influencer content creation.
* Previous experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
