Your Mission
As a lifeguard, your top priority will be safety. This position requires:
* Excellent attention to detail to monitor pool activities.
* A warm and engaging approach to customer service.
* The ability to lead and support poolside activities that enhance guest enjoyment.
About You
We’re looking for friendly and confident individuals who:
* Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
* Are strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
* Are reliable, flexible, and punctual team players, capable of working independently when needed.
Our business operates 7 days a week, so your flexibility and reliability are essential. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
Swim Test Requirement
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Note: Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to participate in the swim test.
