Bluwave design & print are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
* Track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
* Provide regular at weekly meetings with senior management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and potential areas for improvement.
* Adhere to achieving strict targets to meet and over achieve on goals.
Skills
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong proficiency in Sales and is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
