Some of the duties will involve:
Customer Service:
* Being a warm, reassuring first point of contact for customers.
* Handling calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
* Building strong relationships and going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Order Administration:
1. Processing customer orders via ERP systems (training provided if needed). Updating customers on delivery times, stock availability, and order changes. Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
2. Generating invoices and credit notes.
3. Supporting with queries relating to accounts or warranties.
