Job Description: Lead operations for Flo’s expanding London headquarters during a high-growth phase. You will serve as the single point of accountability for workplace excellence, balancing hands‑on vendor management and health and safety compliance with strategic initiatives like office scaling and culture building. This role offers the autonomy to shape the environment for 400+ employees.

What you will do:

* Oversee day‑to‑day operations and vendor performance for the London office, ensuring a premium, high‑functioning workplace experience for all staff.

* Partner with People Ops and IT to enhance employee experience, from seamless onboarding to organizing local wellbeing and team‑building events.


The ideal candidate:

* 5+ years of experience in Office Management or Workplace Operations, specifically within fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environments.
* Proven track record of independently managing external vendors and navigating complex UK health and safety and workplace compliance regulations.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to remain decisive and calm when handling real‑time operational challenges or office transitions.
