Key Responsibilities – CNC Machinist • Set and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision plastic components • Work from engineering drawings, CAD data, and written instructions • Machine a variety of materials including acrylics, polycarbonates, and other engineering plastics • Use inspection and measuring equipment to ensure components meet required tolerances • Carry out deburring, finishing, and basic assembly • Self-inspect components to maintain quality standards • Accurately complete relevant documentation and production records • Maintain a clean and organised working environment Qualifications & Requirements – CNC Machinist • Previous experience setting and operating CNC machines (any control system) • Experience machining plastics is advantageous but not essential • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment • Flexible approach to s...
