The purpose of the role is:
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. A unique opportunity has arisen for a reliability professional to join the divisional reliability team, supporting various accounts with their reliability-centered maintenance programs.
The successful candidate will focus on asset lifecycle management, condition monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance across multiple sites, aiming to improve equipment availability and uptime while minimizing impact on clients' operations.
The role involves performing monthly condition monitoring on client sites, analyzing data for abnormalities, and recommending solutions. It also includes project management, installation, and delivery of sustainable maintenance solutions.
Flexible working arrangements are possible, with most employees working from home at least twice a month. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with system modifications and project proposals.
2. Applying engineering knowledge to solve maintenance problems.
3. Performing condition monitoring and analysis.
4. Leading stakeholder engagement on technology solutions.
5. Supporting project commissioning and installations.
6. Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cost reduction initiatives.
7. Conducting engineering calculations.
8. Assessing system performance using techniques like FMEA, hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, and root cause analysis.
9. Applying lean methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
10. Preventative and planned maintenance optimization.
The ideal candidate will have at least an engineering Level 3 apprenticeship, with reliability and condition monitoring skills and qualifications. Strong communication skills and experience with statistical analysis techniques are essential.
