Job Overview
We are looking for a Tele‑Sales Representative to work full‑time for a client located in Tredegar, South Wales. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and focuses on contacting existing and potential customers, recording activity in the CRM, and meeting sales quotas.
Responsibilities
* Contact existing and potential customers by phone to promote products and services.
* Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
* Achieve and exceed set sales quotas.
* Explain product features and benefits effectively to prospects.
* Negotiate terms and close deals in a professional manner.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in telesales or customer service with a history of meeting sales targets over the phone.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation abilities and the capacity to handle rejection calmly.
* Cool‑tempered, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
* Ability to learn quickly about new products and explain them to prospects.
