The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Kegworth. You will be responsible for producing accurate estimates and quantity take-offs for architectural steel projects, supporting project planning, and ensuring competitive, cost-effective proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed estimates and quantity take-offs for architectural steelwork projects
* Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate costing
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce competitive bids
* Assist in project planning and budget tracking
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in architectural or structural steelwork
* Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs and project costing
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
