Office Manager - UKPN Team
Location: Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire
Hours: 40 Hours per week, Permanent, Full Time
What will you be responsible for?
As an Office Manager, you'll support the UKPN team by implementing project administration procedures and coordinating the project administration team. You will manage the day-to-day operations of project offices (where applicable), facilities, and support services.
Your daily tasks will include:
1. Invoice matching and processing
2. Cost capture and control
3. Recording and processing payroll information, labour allocation, and subcontractors
4. Cost monitoring and reporting
5. Reception duties as needed
What are we looking for?
This role is suitable if you have:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Knowledge and practical understanding of finance systems (Oracle & CPA preferred)
* Knowledge and practical understanding of time & attendance and access control systems
