About The Role
Reception Duties:
* Greet visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes
* Liaise with couriers
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures for visitors
Administrative Support:
* Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents
* Book meeting rooms and manage room calendars
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
* Assist & support other departments with ad hoc tasks
* Update internal contact lists and directories
* Assist with onboarding new staff (e.g., issuing access cards, welcome packs)
* Help organise company events or meetings

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
