Due to continued growth, the company are now recruiting for an immediately available Credit Controller who can join their friendly and growing team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role is based full time in Hatfield and is due to start ASAP.
Job Description
3. Monitor and manage outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
4. Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories.
6. Prepare regular reports on aged debt and credit control performance.
7. Support the finance team with reconciliations and related tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
9. Assist with ad hoc financial duties as required by the department.
10. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control professional should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles.
12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
