Shift Maintenance Engineer (Days/Nights)
We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Engineer to support production across a rotating shift pattern in an FMCG environment working for a reputable business who continue to devlop their site in Telford. Excellent renuneration available and the opportunity to join a welcoming and well organised team. Reporting to the maintenance manager, the role involves working shifts and leading a small team of engineers to support production and ensure machine avalability remains high. You will be the lead on shift to deal with high levle faults and issues.
Location: Telford
Salary: £57 - 58000 per annum (including shift allowance)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights
Key Responsibilities
Perform Reactive, PPM and Corrective maintenance
Fault-find and repair production equipment under pressure
Accurately complete CMMS work orders
Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
Provide holiday cover across shift patterns when required
Support Engineering leadership and BRC standards
Skills & Experience
HNC or HND or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Apprenticeship trained and electrically qualified
FMCG experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible approach to shift work
You will have current or recent experince as maintenance supervisor, maintenance team leader, lead maintenance engineer, senior maintenance engineer, multiskilled maintenance engineer, shift engineer.
