CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant – East London
Location: Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets & Waltham Forest

We are seeking enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 TAs to support pupils in early years and primary settings across East London.
✔️ Ideal Candidate:
* CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting children in schools
* Passion for helping pupils of all abilities
* Proactive and able to take initiative
* Resilient and consistent
* Good communication and teamwork
✔️ Classroom Support & Behaviour Management:
* Confident supporting whole‑class and small‑group learning
* Following behaviour policies effectively
* Skilled in supporting routines and transitions
* Calm, positive behaviour reinforcement
* Able to deliver 1:1 interventions when required
Requirements:
* Updated CV
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
