We are seeking a professional and reliable Chauffeur / Driver to support a General Manager of a leading bank in London on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for the executive, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and service at all times.
This role requires excellent driving skills, strong knowledge of London routes, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services for the General Manager.
2. Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs for meetings, events, and business engagements across London and occasionally surrounding areas.
3. Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
4. Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of the company vehicle.
5. Monitor traffic, road conditions, and travel schedules to optimise journey times.
6. Assist with light administrative tasks related to travel (e.g., coordinating timings with the executive’s assistant).
7. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all work-related matters.
8. Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
9. Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
10. Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, ideally supporting senior executives or VIPs.
11. Strong knowledge of London roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
12. Excellent time management and reliability.
13. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
14. Well-presented with strong interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to work 10-hour days, 5 days per week, with flexibility if required.
Desirable
16. Previous experience driving senior executives, corporate clients, or VIPs.
17. Defensive or advanced driving certification.
18. Experience working within corporate or financial services environments.
Additional Information

20. The role is based in London, with travel primarily within the city.
