We have an opportunity for a Solicitor: Property to join our Property team, based within Legal Services. The main purpose of this role is to support the management and delivery of property:related legal services to the Group ensuring compliance with regulations and business policies.
The role of Solicitor : Property will include:

Manage programmes and initiatives affecting the Groups property portfolio to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulation

Assist in managing the Group's external legal providers, ensuring the delivery of a quality service that represents value for money

Manage own caseload of legal work including sales, leases, infrastructure agreements
:
Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service
:
Review and update relevant policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Skills and experiences:

Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX
:
Recent experience of managing property related legal transactions
:
Proven achievement working in a commercially focussed legal role
:
Working knowledge of property law, housing regulations and current best practice

Excellent customer care and communication skills
