The ideal candidate is a seasoned Design/Drawings Manager with strong commercial awareness and experience leading a team of Tekla designers. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of a high‑performing design team while shaping the direction of their projects and careers.
You will lead a team of six designers, allocating resources, forward‑planning projects, and ensuring efficient and cost‑effective delivery.
