Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET‑based backend solutions for AI agent training workflows.
* Integrate APIs using .NET and FastAPI to support data collection, processing, and model training activities.
* Collaborate with machine learning engineers and product managers to refine software requirements and deliver robust solutions.
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring maintainable, secure, and high‑performing codebases.
* Troubleshoot complex system issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
* Document software processes, integrations, and best practices with clarity and precision.
* Actively contribute to a remote, collaborative team environment, emphasizing strong written and verbal communication.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* +3 extensive hands‑on experience with .NET (open to other backend tech) development in production environments.
* Proven expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
* Proficiency with FastAPI or similar high‑performance frameworks.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset suitable for complex backend tasks.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in technical documentation.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently on remote teams.
* Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and version control systems.
