About the role...
As Client Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the agency, leading client relationships and ensuring brand and packaging projects are delivered seamlessly from brief to execution. You’ll act as a key partner to clients and creatives, making sure work is strategically strong, beautifully executed, and delivered on time.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Owning and nurturing key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
* Managing brand and packaging projects end-to-end, from briefing through to delivery
* Translating client objectives into clear, inspiring creative briefs for the studio
* Overseeing timelines, budgets and resources, keeping projects running smoothly
* Working closely with strategy, design, and production teams to deliver standout brand work

This role would suit someone who loves brands, design, and packaging, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and enjoys being close to both the client and creative process.
What we’re looking for…
* Proven experience as a Client Manager / Account Manager within a brand, design, or packaging agency
* Strong understanding of brand development and packaging design processes
* Confident managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
* Excellent client communication skills, with experience presenting work and building trusted relationships
* Organised, proactive, commercially aware, with a passion for outstanding creative
