Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor
EcoSure - a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is rapidly expanding globally, which is why we are looking for a Brand Standard Auditor, based in Manchester/Liverpool/Leeds, Uk
Our specialists are unique safety experts on whom our clients in the food service and hospitality industry rely. We are looking for professionals to provide customized, comprehensive on-site evaluations and training to help our clients maintain the highest standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience and brand protection. These programs help our clients meet their expected quality standards through on-site evaluations and customized training programs.
What you will do:
1. Conduct food safety, brand standards and workplace health and safety evaluations at client locations
2. Consult, coach and train clients on the latest food safety, health, and hygiene practices
3. Coach and calibrate independent contractors
4. Work with account management teams to resolve client challenges
5. Perform a budgeted number of audits weekly that ensures high customer satisfaction
6. Access and leverage industry leading food safety practices and ongoing, active monitoring of health inspection information
7. Provide accurate reporting and ensure effective customer communication and relationships
Skills and Knowledge:
8. Completed bachelor's degree in food science related subject
9. Food safety certifications preferred, such as HACCP, ISO22000, BRC or NEHA (RS, REHS, or CP-FS) credentials
10. Retail food safety experience and reviews of brand standards
11. Teaching or coaching experience in a food related field
12. Strong relationship management and advanced consulting skills
13. Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
14. Able to work effectively without supervision, demonstrate initiative, common sense and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
15. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
16. L4 Food Safety qualification
17. Completed bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in food service or hospitality; or demonstrated experience in the food/hygiene industry
18. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends depending on business needs
19. Willingness to work throughout the UKIRE with frequent overnight stays
20. A valid driver's license
