An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join this highly successful and reputable company with a nationwide presence, managing a team of new business field sales executives. Day-to-day as Sales Manager you will:
1. Oversee and manage a team of up to 8 new business field sales executives covering Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, and surrounding territories.
2. Handle KPIs and strategies to optimize team performance, recruitment, and daily reactive management, while adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
3. Monitor and develop entry into new market sectors and explore new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing to provide data, feedback on regional performance, market analysis, and team KPIs.
We are inviting applications from individuals who:
1. Have proven experience in managing new business sales teams (preferably in field sales) and leadership skills.
2. Have a hands-on approach and are accustomed to working in a dynamic, busy industry.
3. Are based in the Bristol, Gloucester, or Swindon vicinity.
In return, you can expect an attractive salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, and a company car.
