Grade 2, Scale Point 3-8 + SEN Allowance

About the Role

Support pupils within the Resource Base provision at Lakey Lane Primary School, providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Passionate about supporting children with SEND to reach their full potential.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
• Effective communicator with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Committed to continuous professional development.
• Ability to build positive and supportive relationships with families and the wider community.
