We are an award-winning hotel group seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to join our exceptional C rowne Plaza Marlow, with a magnificent lakeside location. The hotel has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Winterlake suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and Aqua Bar & Lounge all with stunning lake views.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Revenue and Engagement
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across leisure room nights, events, spa and wellness, gym memberships, restaurant services, and afternoon teas.
Identify and leverage e-commerce and web-based opportunities via third-party sites, booking channels, and intermediaries.
Create Powerful Marketing & Promotional Campaigns
Design eye-catching materials (printed and digital) to promote key segments, particularly food & beverage.
Manage digital ticketing software platform, website and other Content Management Systems to, ensure accurate information is displayed with timely updates
Multi-Channel Social Media & Email Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more.
Produce and distribute engaging email campaigns to targeted audiences.
Interact with customers and influencers, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant departments.
Brand Visibility & Reputation
Generate SEO-friendly content to strengthen our online presence and inbound marketing efforts.
Research and capitalize on local events, creating tailored marketing materials that boost awareness.
Support Membership Sales & Spa Packages
Promote Fitness & Spa memberships and exclusive spa packages
Required Technical Skills & Experience
Canva : Proficiency in creating high-quality social media graphics and print ads.
Adobe InDesign : Ability to maintain and design brochures or other digital/print collateral.
Hootsuite : Experience scheduling and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
SEO Copywriting : Skilled at developing keyword-rich content that drives traffic and engagement.
Generative AI Video tools : Proficiency in creating high-quality prompts to create video collateral for digital marketing campaigns.
What Were Looking For
Hotel Sales/Marketing Background : Ideally in a branded hotel environment.
Excellent Communication Skills : Strong writing, editing, and verbal abilities.
IT & Web Savvy : Comfortable with online marketing tools, analytics, and general tech platforms.
Collaborative, Can-Do Attitude : Outgoing personality, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about teamwork.
